Overview
We’ll gladly allow returns within 30 days of your purchase for unopened jars. Beyond 30 days, we’ll be happy to exchange your item.
We’ll gladly allow refunds or exchanges if your unopened jar of salsa has gone bad before the “Use before date” (e.g. lid is popped out instead of in / bubbling or pressure release, spoiled or fermented smell, mold or discoloration, change in normal texture or off taste).
We’ll gladly replace items damaged in shipping with photographic evidence.
To enact a return and refund, replacement or exchange, call or text us at 972-740-9025, or email @ sales@guajardosalsa.com. If you are in the DFW area, we can arrange an exchange or you can meet us at one of our markets. For shipped items, please see the shipping section below.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns & exchanges
For returns and exchanges for shipped products, you should mail your product to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns & exchanges of your item.
For replacing bad or shipping damaged items, we will cover the shipping to you.
